Possibly one of the most me gifts I've ever received... an amazing gym membership, complete with a beautiful spa! Somewhere I can train, relax, unwind and indulge in a little post-workout pampering all under one roof. I absolutely adore when someone pays attention to the things that make me happy. Safe to say, this one earned some serious brownie points.

I’m completely absorbed in Iron Flame. It has exactly the right mix of fantasy, danger and romance to keep me up much later than I should be. There’s always another secret to uncover, another dangerous encounter, or just enough tension between the characters to make putting it down feel impossible. Dragons, magic, power, temptation… it’s all a little addictive. But it’s definitely the romance and chemistry that have me most invested. I clearly have a weakness for a man who’s mysterious, intense and just dangerous enough to be interesting. My favourite fantasy read in a while, and I’m enjoying it even more than Fourth Wing. Not so patiently waiting for my Xaden…

There’s something so delicious about pushing your body hard and then giving it exactly what it needs. I spent the weekend discovering a new gym and spa, starting with a very sweaty workout before disappearing into the heat of the sauna and steam room. That post-workout glow, warm skin, tired muscles, nowhere else I needed to be… simply bliss. I discovered I love a plunge pool. That first shock of cold certainly wakes you up, but once I stopped questioning all of my life choices, I loved how invigorating it was and by the end I was tingling from head to toe. Hot, cold, sweaty, steamy...a gorgeous combination.

My old laptop had been faithfully hanging on for far longer than it probably should have, so opening a brand new MacBook Pro was quite a moment. But it wasn’t just the gift itself that got me, it was the thought behind it. He wanted to give me something that would genuinely help me with my work, my ambitions, and the career I’m building. There’s something so touching about someone not only listening to your dreams, but quietly choosing to invest in them too. One of the most thoughtful gifts I’ve ever received and I am so grateful!

Pole is one of my favourite hobbies and easily one of the most challenging things I've ever learned! It demands strength, patience, and more determination than people realise, but that's exactly why I love it. Every new move feels like a little victory, and it's as rewarding as it is fun.

An afternoon of pool, sauna, and steam room bliss. It didn't quite steal the crown from my usual spa favourites, but even hidden gems should be found....and the search is half the fun!

There's something fun about playing tourist in your own city. An afternoon around Tower Bridge, taking in the views, people-watching by the river, and stumbling across places new and fun places. Sometimes the best memories come from having no real plan at all.

My favourite place to unwind has to be the spa at St Pancras. It's peaceful, beautifully designed, and the perfect excuse to disappear for a few hours wherever possible. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for whatever comes next.

A thoughtfully gifted spa package was such a lovely surprise, and one of my most favourite treats ever! I make time for a spa day at least once or twice a month to completely switch off and recharge. A few indulgent treatments including a massage, facial, and an afternoon spent reading my book in a peaceful setting is my perfect reset! Looking after my body and mind is something I genuinely prioritise every day. Between training, staying active, and making time to unwind, I believe feeling my best means I can give others the very best version of myself.

Octopus carpaccio has to be one of my favourite dishes, especially when it's enjoyed right on the Greek shores. Fresh, simple, and beautifully prepared, it's one of those meals that instantly transports me back to long lunches by the sea, with sunshine, salty air, and nowhere else to be. Some flavours are more than food... they're memories.

There's no better way to celebrate my birthday than a solo trip to the spa. A peaceful day of massages, treatments, a good book, and complete relaxation is my perfect way to mark another year. It's one of my favourite little traditions and the best reminder to slow down, recharge, and enjoy life's quieter luxuries before returning feeling refreshed and ready for whatever comes next. I love it!

Floating in a beautiful pool, sushi delivered whenever I fancied it, and not a single thing on my mind except enjoying the moment. It's experiences like these that remind me how grateful I am for the life I'm creating. I never take them for granted. They fill me with excitement, appreciation, and the quiet happiness that comes from knowing I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.

Lunch in the sunshine today, lingering over a stunningly cooked steak and triple cooked chips at The Ivy. Unrushed chat, plenty of laughter, and the kind of effortless chemistry that makes you lose track of time. Moments like these are exactly why I value thoughtful company. Simple pleasures, beautifully done, with someone who understands that the experience is every bit as important as the destination.

There's something effortlessly glam about an afternoon in the City. From elegant surroundings to exceptional food and the unmistakable London skyline, it's the perfect backdrop for good conversation and even better company. Days like these never lose their charm. So blessed!

I think everyone deserves to treat themselves now and then. A little shopping, a matcha afterwards, and a gorgeous new addition to my wardrobe always puts a smile on my face. Looking and feeling my best has always been something I enjoy, and this is one of my favourite ways to do it all year round!

One of my favourite newer traditions is collecting a small tattoo whenever I visit somewhere new. Beyond a typical souvenir, I love returning with something a little more meaningful... a tiny reminder of a place, a memory, and a moment in time. Each one tells its own story, and I can't wait to see where the next one comes from!
